Linear SV Plot Ananlysis in Steady State and Transient State to Explore Fluorescence Quenching of Coumarin Derivative by Aniline

Abstract Static and transient state analysis related to fluorescence quenching of heterocyclic compound namely 3-Hydroxy-3-[2-oxo-2-(3-oxo-3H-benzo[f]chromen-2-yl)-ethyl]-1,3-dihydro-indol-2-one [3HBCD] in Toluene (nonpolar) Butanol (polar protic) reveals the play material diffusion mechanism. Time resolved method is used a nonpolar solvent further support theory diffusion. Aniline as quencher carry out studies. In both steady linear SV plots are observed with intercept ≈ 1. Correlation activation energy study (Ea E’a) suggests efficient quenching. Also calculated values p (or p’) energies points that has predominant role This help engineer structure new family coumarin drugs selective sensitivity which utmost importance field chemistry pharmaceutical industry.
